Midterm 2 - practice exam, quiz keys, review

The review is this Sunday, 10/13, 5-7 PM in 1000 MP.
The exam covers chapters 5-9, with some sections left out.
You can see which ones by looking at the "Notes" link and
the "Practice Exams" link.

The quiz keys and blank quizzes are up.  While they quizzes are
similar it's a good idea to at least try the problems on quizzes from
different days than your own.

This is the paper version. There is no iPad version this time.

There are solutions to the practice exam.  You need to scroll down to
the bottom to find them.  I've worked out every problem in detail with
explanations.

Take the practice exam as if it's the real thing.  Time yourself. Then
grade yourself and look at the solutions to every problem, even the ones
you got right.  You need to make sure you got them right for the right
reason.  Then look in the book and do more problems for those you missed
or had trouble solving but got right.  If you guessed at any and got them
correct you actually missed them.

so I can look at them and have something prepared.  You can still ask
questions during the review even if you don't send them to me ahead of time.
