exp 1-7 reports final due date approaching

The reports for exps 1-7 are due no later than 5:00 PM , Fri., March 8
for all labs.  They will not be accepted after these deadlines and will
receive zero credit.

The normal 1-week deadlines still apply, i.e. if a report is already
more than 1 week late it's zero credit.
