You can watch the lab videos before going to lab.  I suggest you do so 
either
before or while writing your procedure.  You still have to watch them at 
the
beginning of the lab period.  The video will start w/in a couple of 
minutes of the
beginning of lab so don't be late or you'll have to go to 170 Celeste to 
watch
it and you may then got started late and not be able to finish.

There are times the videos at the locations on my web page may be slightly
different than the ones in lab or the pre-lab videos.
