Exam 2 coverage, Practice exam, review

I may have forgotten to mention this in class.

The exam covers chapters 5-9.  There are a few things which
are not covered in chapters 7 and 9 (see the "Practice Exams"
link).  The practice exam is up.

While we did finish chapter 10 it is not on this exam.  This will
give you a chance to catch up.  However, you really should be
working in chapter 10 and skimming ch 11 for next week.
We'll probably finish ch 11 next week and start ch 12 so if
you aren't looking at any of the new stuff you'll be almost two
chapters behind by the end of next week.

The review is Sunday, 2/25, 4-6 in 1000 McPherson.
