Report file names, course number, etc.

When you submit your reports you need a cover page.  Make sure you have
all the required information (see the syllabus).

Quite a lot of you have not been using the correct file names when you
submit your reports.  Please see the syllabus for the correct format 
(the same
info is on Carmen).  The TAs should have told you this after the first exp.
in the comments section of the grading rubric.  You will lose points for
incorrect file names.

Finally, check to make sure you've submitted the report properly and it's
there and readable.  That's your responsibility.  Instructions for how to
do this are on Carmen and my web page.  If not done properly and there's
nothing there for the TA to grade it will be as if you didn't turn it in.
