exp 1 manual - correction to eqn for % error on page 6

There is an error in the eqn for %error at the top of page 6.
If you look at the footnote for the data table on page 9 or
page F-5 in Appendix F of the manual you'll see it should
be

                   exp value - true value
% error = -------------------------------- x 100
                          true value

Report both the error and % error with the appropriate sign,
neg. or pos., rather than the absolute value.  It can tell you
something about your errors.
