The temperature in lab can sometimes cause a problem the water bath
temperature for the cuvettes. The temp in lab will fluctuate thus possibly
causing the temp of the water bath to fluctuate if you aren't paying
attention.
You need to check the temp often (every 5 minutes or so) and adjust by
adding cold or warm water so you can hold it at a constant temp. between
24 and 25 degC. Pick a temp between 24 and 25 degC and try to hold it
at this temp. You do NOT want to let it vary between these temp (as little
as possible) and you don't want it above 25 degC or below 24 degC.
Some people had problems Monday with data but I'm not sure it was
due to this or having temps above 25 degC.
