seating charts and scantron instructions

The seating charts and scantron instructions are posted on the
"Exams" link on my webpage.

We had far too many people for midterm 1 who did not bubble in
their ID, name, test form (A), section # or sign the answer sheet.
Some had multiple problems.  If this happens we will deduct 5 pts
from your score (as per the Chemistry office's instructions).  I
really don't want to have to deduct points so make sure you fill
these things in and fill in the appropriate bubbles.
