Ch 5 - section 5.8 (foods and fuels)

Someone came in to see me today and we were going over ch 5.
As we were I remembered section 5.8 (Foods and Fuels).  I did
not cover this section in class.  I'm not going to ask specific questions
about any type of food or fuel.  You don't have to know the fuel value
of certain foods (like fats, protein, etc.) or fuels (like wood, coal, etc.)
The questions are just like the questions you would have done in the
other sections, just aimed at foods and fuels.

There are some interesting things in this section you may want to
read.  If you look at the sample integrative exercise on page 193
that whole problem is nothing different than what you've learned in
previous chapters and in previous sections of ch 5.
