Practice MT 2 V3 - error and correction #5

There is an error in #5 on Version 3 practice midterm for the Carmen
version.  The Kc is missing the power of 10.  It's given as the power
of the 4.08.  It should be

Kc = 4.08 x 10-3

This is the value given in the solutions.

I've fixed it so if you take it now it will show the correct value.

It is correct in the PDF version.
