The Practice Exams module is published. There are 3 practice exams.

Read the "Preparing for Midterm Exams: Using Practice Exams" which
describes how you should use the practice exams. You should treat
these as if they're real exams and time yourself.

Click on the link for "Preparing Your Device for Exams". This is in the
"Exams" module as well.

The "CHEM 1220 - Preparation for Exam #2" link will take you to the page
with the actual practice exams. There's a link there for the supplemental
information you will get on the midterm. Your midterm info page will have
that info and a periodic table. It may not necessarily look just like the one
given for the practice exams. I also have a link for the information page
at the "Exams" link on my personal class webpages.

Do not take any of them until you've finished all the material which
will be covered on the midterm.

Try to take at least one before the review. It appears they didn't put any
in the LockDown browser and they're not timed. Give yourself 70
minutes and take them as if they're the real thing (you could push
yourself a little and try it in 65 min). This will give you a better idea how
well you know the material and lets you zero in on the things you don't
know and not worry about the things you do know. There are video
solutions for each question.

There are also PDF forms of each practice exam and the solutions.

The study guides listed there may be problematic. I corrected the
guide for version 1 so things correspond to the 15th ed. For versions
2 and 3 the guides are based on the 14th ed so some of the section and
EOCE numbers have changed. I will try to get to those but for the
most part they should be close to what's in the 15th ed.
