End-of-chapter exercise 15.38 error

There's an error in EOCE 15.38.  There error is in the temperature.
I'm not sure if the error is with the temp given in the problem or
the solutions manual.  In the problem the temp is 250 C.  In the
solutions manual they use 298 K for the temp (25 C) in calculating
Kc from Kp.  Their answer for Kc of 6.15 x 10^-3 is correct for 25 C
(298 K).  If the temp is 250 C (523 K) then Kc = 3.50 x 10^-3.
