Mistake in SAE 14.13

The answer given for self-assessment exercise 14.13 at the end of Section 14.4
is wrong.  The answer should be (c) 2.29 x 10^-4 s^-1.

Thanks to one of your fellow students who brought it to my attention.  If you ever
suspect there may be a mistake please let me know and I'll correct it and pass it
on to Pearson.
