Quiz 9 - preliminary info

Someone asked about what sections would be on quiz 9.  There's
no details on my webpages yet but it will be 17.5-17.6 and 19.1-19.4.

I pushed some of the mastering back until next weekend.

Next week's quiz will cover 19.5-19.7 and 20.1-20.3 (at least) and maybe
20.4.

However, the Mastering due next weekend will cover up through 20.5
because Midterm 3 covers up through 20.5 and you need to do the
homework up through 20.5.
