EOC Exercise 17.68 (14th ed., Section 17.5)

Someone asked about EOC problem 17.68. The solution manual adds
3 equations together to get an eqn and then adds H+ to both sides to get
the actual final eqn.  However, when they did this they didn't do it as adding
another reaction eqn and accounting for the K for this added reaction.

It should have been done by adding a 4th eqn, the reverse of the self-ionization
eqn for H2O and including 1/Kw in the final calculation for the K. I've corrected
it the best I could by editing a PDF file and attached that.
