Mastering problems and e-mails

I know some of you will probably have problems accessing Mastering.
It happens with a few students every semester.  I can't track down the
problems or what I need to do unless you give me information that will
help.

Please include "Chem 1220" in the subject line and send e-mail to
my zellmer.1 at osu.edu<mailto:zellmer.1 at osu.edu> account.  Include the following:

1) Whether you're retaking 1220 or took 1210 last semester.

2) Are you using your old access or the new access code as provided
in our Carmen course for this semester?

3) Are you trying to access it using the Carmen app (not recommended),
on your iPad, a computer, etc.?

4) If using a computer, is it an Apple product or a Windows computer?
