Quiz 3, question #4

I know some of you are aware there was a problem with some versions of
question #4 on Quiz 3 (the one with the Arrhenius eqn.).  I have not forgotten
about it.  There were enough problems (with the question versions) that I'm
going to give everyone credit for that question.  Unfortunately, because it's
a numeric question Carmen doesn't have an easy fix for this.  I'm trying to
figure out a way to do this w/o having to go through over 600 quizzes and
give credit individually.

I will let everyone know when the regrade is complete.
