Mastering for section 15.6

The due date for the Mastering homework for 15.6 has been moved to
next weekend.  It appears when I did it last weekend it only got moved
for the TR lecture section.  I've fixed it in the MWF section.

Some of the homework for Ch 16 for next weekend, especially for the
later sections may also be moved. That depends on what I get covered
this week in Ch 16.
