Mastering concerns - hopefully the last one

I've received e-mail from two students stating they're still having problems.
I will state the Pearson rep told me the problem seems to be isolated to
Apple products, or at the very least mostly with Apple products.
I've moved the due date for the Tutorials one more time to 11:59 PM
tomorrow, Sat., night. I moved the Homework Review sets to Sunday
at 11:59 PM. However, I would suggest you get them done before the
quiz on Sunday as they're meant as a review for the quiz. I really
suggest you try to get everything done by Sat night.
If you're still having trouble, follow the directions I gave in a couple of
e-mails first. Then if you still can't get in don't just send me an e-mail
stating you can't get in. Include the following:
1) What computer product you're using; Mac laptop, iPad, Mac desktop,
Windows PC (Windows 10). If you were trying to use the Canvas app,
stop drop and roll. Don't use it, period, for anything important.
2) Which browser you're using: Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.
3) Whether you're directly connected to the internet via an ethernet cable,
using WiFi, a mobile hotspot, etc.?
4) Are you on campus or at home? If on campus, in a dorm, library, etc.
5) A screenshot of any error messages you get.
