Mastering Problems

A couple of students have e-mailed me about problems getting into Mastering.
I'm not having any problems getting in from my computer at home which is
directly connected to the internet through an ethernet cable.  If you're using
WiFi see if you can get in if you try from a computer which is connected to
the internet via an ethernet cable.  I do appear to be having more problems
getting in on my iPad.

I've e-mailed the OSU Pearson rep about the problem.

In the meantime try the following:

1) clear your cache and history

2) get out of the browser

3) reboot your computer

4) try again

5) if this doesn't work try another browser.  Do the same things as described
above in the new browser before trying to get into Mastering again.

Steps 1-4 usually clears up a lot of problems people have.
