Mistake in e-Text for Practice Exercise 2 after Sample Exercise 16.11

There's a mistake in the e-Text for Practice Exercise 2 which follows Sample Exercise 16.11.
The mistake is in the conc. given for niacin.  It should be 0.020 M, just as it was for Practice
Exercise 2 after Sample Exercise 16.10.  The answer in the back of the book is for the 0.0.020 M,
as given in the paper edition of the textbook.
