lecture coverage on Wed and MC this weekend

We got up through 16.4 and started 16.5.  It's really important for you to know
the 7 common strong acids and the strong bases (even some "uncommon"
strong bases as given in the notes and lecture, which we'll go over on Fri.).

I moved the MC homework for section 15.7 for both the Tutorials and
Homework Review to Sunday to give you a little more time to digest it
and do a few EOC exercises before doing the MC.  This must be
finished since the quiz on Sunday will covering up through 15.7 and the
midterm next Wed. will cover chapters 13, 14 and 15.
