Student question about Carmen

Last semester someone asked why we don't publish the "Assignments" or "Quizzes"
tabs (menu links) in the Navigation bar.

Think of the "Modules" tab as being your "one-stop shop" for accessing course material
in Carmen, such as information and material for lab, finding and taking Carmen quizzes,
submitting attendance notes, taking exams, etc.  This is where we put things you need
to do for class which are required (instructions, all components of an exp, exams, etc.).
The assignment and quiz due dates will appear in your calendar even though you can't
access the above things in the Navigation bar (menu on the left in Carmen).
