Lecture coverage today and plan for Friday

Someone asked what sections we covered today.  We got through
14.3-14.5 and about halfway through 14.6.  Try to get the reading
and EOC problems (at least some of them) done before lecture on
Friday.  Also, skim sections 14.6-14.7 and 15.1-15.5.  I'm not sure
how far I'll get in Ch 15 on Friday but that chapter is fairly straightforward
and moves pretty quickly, except for a couple of parts.
