mistake in Exercise 13.78 EOC exercise

There's either a mistake in end-of-chapter exercise 13.78
or in the solutions manual.  The question has 34 g of salts
and the solutions manual has 3.4 g of salts.  Go with the
3.4 g if you want your answer to match the solutions manual.
