lecture coverage so far and tomorrow

We got through 13.4 and 13.2 on Wed. and part of 13.1.  We'll finish 13.1, 13.3,
13.5 and 13.6 tomorrow, at least that's the plan.

Before lecture tomorrow you really should be finished reading 13.4 and 13.2 and
the associated end-of-chapter exercises.  There's Mastering available for these
sections already, although the due dates are marked for next Friday and Saturday.
Again, I suggest doing the EOC exercises as we go along and using the MC
problems as your review before the quiz.  You could do it the other way around.
If you do it the way I'm suggesting, you can start the MC problems before next
Fri and Sat, maybe Wed. or so and don't leave so much to do on the weekend.
