finishing the semester, final exam review, practice "final", etc.

The final exam is Aug 3, 10-11:45.  I will be posting more info about it on my
webpage and Carmen next week.

There is no practice final.  I will be posting questions which cover the new
material since the 2nd midterm on my webpage.  There will be worked out
solutions for them as well.

I expect to finish Ch 21 by next Wed. and cover some of Ch 18 (environmental
chem) as a review of what we've done this semester.

We should be able to use the Friday lecture and office hours as a review for
the final instead of Sunday.  Maybe I could still do a shortened review on
Sunday.  We can discuss this in lecture tomorrow.

We're still covering new material but you need to try to find some
time to start studying for the final.  Retake the practice exams
and old quizzes and see if you still remember the material.  If you
do then you should be okay for that material.  This will help you
focus on just the things you still have trouble with or forgot.

MT 2 has not been released yet.  There are a couple of people who need to
take a make-up exam so don't be discussing the exam.  Of course don't
post anything on the internet about the midterm.
