Mistake in Pub. Soln on Carmen - 20.98(a)

There's a math mistake in the solutions manual for 20.98(a)
for the E^o(cell).  They use the correct eqn but didn't do the
math correctly.  The answer should be 1.24 V (not 0.36 V).
