Practice Midterm and Review for MT 2

The midterm covers chapters 16, 17, 19 and 20.1-20.2.

The practice midterm and some information about the exam are at the
Practice Exams link on my personal class webpage.  There's one
practice exam.  It is not in Carmen.  I will put some additional info
on Carmen tomorrow or Sunday about the exam.

You really shouldn't take this until you've completed all the material
which the exam will cover.  Don't just take it at your leisure taking
a lot of time on each question and looking things up for each question
and then checking the answer.

Try to take this as if it's the real thing, as much as possible since
it's on "paper".  Time yourself.  Don't move backward in the exam.
That means once you skip a problem you can't go back.  You won't
be able to move backward in the actual exam on Carmen, just like
the quizzes.

We have a review Sunday, 7/18, 3-4:30 PM  There's a Zoom link
in Carmen.  It will be recorded for those of you who can't make it.
Try to e-mail me questions by sometime by Sat night.  This will allow
me to prepare something and we'll be able to get more covered.

I apologize but I will be unavailable most of Saturday afternoon.
I don't know if I'll be able to check my e-mail until later on Sat.
