Lecture coverage so far and next Wed.

We finished sections 13.4, 13.2 and 13. 1 this week, in that order.  We started
13.3 but only got about a third of the way through it.  We'll finish 13.3 and
at hopefully 13.5 next Wed.

You should read 13.4, 13.2 and 13.1 and do the end-of-chapter exercises I have
on my class webpage (not Carmen) for these sections before lecture next Wed.
Work a section at a time.  Read and analyze 13.4 and do the EOC exercises for
that section before beginning 13.2 or 13.1 (you can do those in either order).

Skim the rest of chapter 13 (13.3, 13.5 and 13.6) before next Wed.
