lecture coverage so far and tomorrow

We got through 13.4 and 13.2 on Monday.  We'll do 13.1 and 13.2 tomorrow, Wed.
Before lecture tomorrow you really should be finished reading 13.4 and 13.2 and
the associated end-of-chapter exercises.  There's no Mastering available for these
sections yet.  Mastering for sections 13.4, 13.2 and 13.1 (at least) will be made
available after this weekend.  Use them next week as a review before Quiz 1.
