Tue lecture coverage and tomorrow

We finished sections 13.4 and 13.2 and started 13.1 yesterday.
We will finish 13.1 and 13.3 and maybe 13.5 and 13.6 (certainly
we'll get a good bit of 13.5 done).

You should be finished with reading 13.4 and 13.2 and working
the recommended end-of-chapter problems for these sections
before tomorrow.  Skim the rest of the chapter before tomorrow.

I won't always send these kinds of e-mail.  It's the beginning of the
semester and I know some of you are feeling a little lost, particularly
with Carmen opening a little later than usual.  Plus, I took Ch 13 a
little out of order.
