Our lecture is in 1000 MP at the very early time of 8 AM (I'm not a
morning person). My personal webpages homepage had 1052
Evans Lab. That's my office. I don't think we would all fit in there,
especially not socially distanced.
Just a reminder, the overheads I'll be using in lecture are
available on my class web page (not Carmen).

Once there you'll see a "Notes" link. Click on it. You'll see
"Review" at the top. These are the sections I feel you need
to look at right away. There are links there to my chapter 11/12
notes. Those are the chapters that deal with attractive forces,
properties of liquids, phase diagram, vapor pressure, boiling point,
melting point, solids, properties of various types of solids (melting
point, hardness, conductivity properties, etc.).
Take a quick look at the stuff I have there about ch 11 and solids.
Click on the last link "Types of Solids and Their Properties".
Also, take a look at the lecture videos for ch 11 and 12.
Skim sections 13.1-13.4. It will make it easier for you to follow
what I do in class. I know it's a little late for that so no big deal if
you can't do that before tomorrow. It should only take about 15-20
min to skim it (don't worry about understanding it). I will not spend
time reviewing ch 11 and 12 material since you can watch the lectures
that are posted in Carmen (Lecture Videos - pre-recorded, in the
"Lecture" module). We will start with section 13.4. Then we'll move
on to 13.2, 13.1 and 13.3. I take the first 4 sections a little out of order.
Then we'll do 13.5 and 13.6.
Download the notes to the "Notability" app on your iPad. It is the
best and easiest way to take notes. You can record the audio.
Lets just hope everything works after sitting empty for 1.5 years.
