Corrections to the "Welcome to Chem 1220"

There were a couple of date errors in the Welcome link on my webpage.
I've fixed them.

The pre-quiz is due by 11:59 PM this Friday, 8/27/21.

The Academic Misconduct quiz is due by 11:59 PM this Sunday, 8/29/21.

Carmen should be open soon.
