Problem with the Mastering sync

It appears that when Mastering was synced it duplicated some assignments.
We've contacted Pearson with the problem.  That means you will probably see
some changes tomorrow to the Mastering scores in Carmen.  If we have to
resync I will see if there's a way to do it w/o Carmen sending a notification for
every single assignment.
