file uploads to Carmen

I just had someone upload a quiz to Carmen.  However, the quiz will not display and can't
be downloaded.

When you upload a file there should be a message that comes up at the top right of the
page with a checkmark next to "Submitted".  That shows it was submitted.  That doesn't
mean it was submitted properly.  You should click on "Download" to make sure you
submitted the correct file and it isn't corrupted (i.e. it downloads properly and is readable).
If  the TA goes to grade it but they can't because it was the wrong file or can't be read it will
be considered late and no credit will be received.
