MC scores and due dates and Carmen

Someone sent a question about the MC scores and assignments showing
up in Carmen.  Autumn semester, at least for some classes, MC was set up
and  integrated with Carmen to display assignments and due dates. However,
I  guess due to some problems experienced with this setup it was not done
in Spring or this semester.

You can check your due dates in MC.  I suggest logging in at least a 
couple of
times a week to check.  I'm not going to send announcements every time I 
put
up an assignment.

You can check your scores in MC.  While this won't translate back into 
Carmen
to allow you to see how it's affecting your course score, I'm sure you 
can get
a feeling of how well you're doing with the MC by your score there. Keep in
mind it will wind up being 7.5% of your total course score.  Also, keep 
in mind
there are going to be quite a number of MC assignments so each one isn't a
huge portion of your overall course score (grade).  That means if you do 
poorly
on one of them or miss one don't feel like it's the end of the world.

At the end of the semester your total score from MC will be transferred 
over
to Carmen.
