How do I find the homework solutions?

I'm getting questions about where to find the Publisher's solutions manual.
People are telling me they can't find them or can't find those for the 14th
edition in Files.  Don't got to files.  Go to the "Homework (End-of-Chapter
Exercises) and Solutions Manuals" module and then click on
"Publisher's Solutions Manuals 
<https://osu.instructure.com/courses/50562/modules/items/2478642>".  
There are links there for the various
editions of the book.  I did it this way because I wasn't allowed to put the
solutions for the 14th ed. on Carmen.  I had to put them on box due to
restrictions from the publisher.
