Lecture coverage on Wed. and skimming for Friday

We got through sections 13.4 and 13.2 on Wed.  I will get
through sections 13.1 and 13.3 and definitely be into
13. 5 on Friday, if not finish it.  You should skim those
sections before lecture.  That means read through it
quickly w/o worrying about whether you understand the
material.  Don't worry about the example exercises.  Just
read.

I won't always send this information so you should generally
skim about half a chapter ahead before lecture.  Also, I
generally take the sections in order and when I don't I'll
let you know.
