ch 15 coverage

We finished up through 15.4 at this point.  Read the sections in
order and try the homework problems.

In ch 15 the first 4 sections are closely related.  So much so the
book combines all four sections into one section of homework.
At the "Homework" link on my web page I've broken down the
homework problems based on the sections so you can still work
a section at a time.

You do need to be working on ch 15 even while studying for the
midterm.  If you don't you could be pretty far behind by the exam
on Wednesday as we'll be done with ch 15 by then.

If you're behind try to get caught up.  Still work a section at a
time and don't try to catch up in one day.  Figure out how many
sections you're behind and spread that out over 2-3 days.
That will make it more manageable.
