Reminder - Publisher's solutions manual

The instructions for accessing the publisher's solutions manual with 
solutions
to all the end-of-chapter problems is on Carmen at the "Homework 
(End-of-Chapter
Exercises) and Solutions Manuals" module.  Don't just read them.  Use it 
only
when needed for help (don't give up too quickly though) and to check 
your answer
after each problem.  Use this rather than what's provided at the back of 
the book
(usually just an answer w/o explanation).   You want to make sure you 
get the
correct answer for the right reason.
