MC down

I've received several e-mails about MC being down.  I'm logging in now to
see if I can figure out the problem.  It could just be their server was 
down, as
that's the message  someone was getting.

I am able to get into it.  I don't see any disruptions but someone sent 
me something
which shows there was.  I'm not sure what was going on since someone 
stated it
was down around 7:26 but then back up at 7:40.  Yet, around 8:20 someone was
reporting problems but then back up by 8:40.  Then someone e-mailed at 
9:19 stating
they were having problems.  First, log out of Carmen and then get out of 
your browser
completely.  They've recently made some changes to Carmen so that could 
be a problem.

I will extend the two things due by 11:59 PM tonight until tomorrow 
morning at 8 AM.
We'll see if there's any additional problems tonight.  Remember, log out 
of Carmen and
close your browser and then try again.
