mistake in the 12th edition of the textbook in ch 17 - Figure 17.21

For those of you who may be using the 12th edition there's a mistake
in Figure 17.21:  The Al(OH)3 product is a solid, (s), in the bottom
equilibrium, not (aq).  It is correct in the 13th and 14th editions.
