follow-up: cell phones, laptops, etc. in lab

Dr. Moga may have already sent something about this so this
my simply be reiterating what she's stated.  We don't allow the
use of cell phones, tablets or laptops in lab unless we've given
you permission (as in exp 3, DRL, more on that next week).
These should be put away in your book bags or other places
(not the "cubby" holes under the lab benches) during lab.

We don't want you texting, surfing the internet, playing games,
etc. while you are supposed to be working.  Being distracted can
cause accidents or mess things up and cause you to get bad
results or have to start over.  If you absolutely need to use the
cell phone for something you will have to go into the hallway.
While in lab we want you concentrating on the tasks at hand.
