I'm getting questions about what to do if you haven't finished exps 14
or 15.
The lab you are scheduled to do Tues. is exp 16, do that first. If you
have time
remaining work on your unfinished exps. Whether or not you work on them
depends on how much time you have and what you have to do. The TA
should be able to tell you this. You will need to make up new data
pages for the
unfinished exps since you should have given the carbons from last week to
the TA before leaving lab.
Honestly, exp 16 will probably take you the whole period and I can
pretty much
assure you exp 17 will take the whole period.
The best lab periods to work on unfinished exps will be the day of exp 18 or
exp 19. You should have your notebook prepared to do exp 18 or 19 the
day it
is scheduled. Work on any unfinished exps first and then start on exp
18 or 19,
depending on which one you are supposed to be doing. Exp 18 is
relatively short
and can be easily done over more than one lab period in the following weeks.
Exp 19 can also be done easily over more than one period. In any case,
speak to
your TA, Dr. Tatz or me if you have questions about what to do.
Lab reports (and the corresponding post-lab assignments) are due one week
after completing the exp. (at the beginning of the next lab period).
Make sure
you tell your TA when you don't finish. Also, make sure you turn in the
carbons.
