Material covered in lecture and review in recitation on Tuesday

We covered sections 14.4 and 14.5 today in lecture and started 14.6.
Tomorrow in recitation you might want to be prepared to ask questions
covering sections 13.5 and 13.6 and 14.1-14.5.  Those sections will
definitely be on the quiz on Thursday.  All of ch 14 may be on the Thursday
quiz.  We have only to finish 14.6 and do 14.7.
