Midterm - PT and eqn page

I've received a couple of questions about the PT and eqn page.
I accidentally left off the Faraday constant.  It is on the exam,
along with 3 other relationships (1J = 1 CV,   1C = 1 As,
1 kWh = 3.6 x 10^6 J).  This doesn't mean you will need all of
these but they are there.

I've updated the last page of the practice exam.to reflect these changes.
