1210 Notes from fellow student

One of your fellow students has been making notes from the book all semester.  They
contacted me and offered to make them available to everyone.  I haven't had time to
look through all the notes to verify them or check for mistakes so I can't say there
aren't any.  The few things I looked at looked okay.

I would say at this point in the semester they might help if you find you're having
trouble with specific subject matter.  There's certainly not enough time to start at
the beginning of the notes and go through all of them.
