Mastering working again

Mastering is working again.  The Pearson rep said there was a short window of an
issue affecting some but not all users.  I've moved the due date for Ch10e (10.4)
to 11:59 PM today, Tue, Nov. 22.

If you did it after Mastering came back up but before I changed the date you should
now get credit.
