Did you miss a midterm? - Makeup Exam sign up

If you missed a midterm you need to sign up for a make-up exam.  The
deadline for doing so is Wed., Nov. 30th by 12 PM (noon).  The link for
this is at the bottom of the Carmen course homepage.
